THE DESIGN PROCESS
1. Concept Creation
The first part of the design process always starts with a concept. This is where we generate ideas and brainstorm solutions for your space.
2. Design Development
After a concept is established, we will develop a scope of work for your home to proceed with the design process.
3. Selections
After establishing the first layer of features in your home we develop ideas, start with materials and finish selections. Patricia will walk you through the end result of your project with conceptual sketches, color scheme development, AutoCAD drawings, and colored renderings.
4. Planning and Specifications
When the design and selections of your home have been approved, the process of the design begins. We prepare all the specifications and interior plans for the general contractors and sub-contractors to begin quoting the scope of work.
5. Construction Advice
After all the designs have been solidified and materials have been ordered, we break ground and begin to build. We work together with the general contractor to ensure all the details are installed as per plan.
6. Turn Key Project Turnover
The last part of the design process, we make sure every last detail is solidified. During this last phase we shop for accessories, deliver all the furniture, and hang all the art work.
